OGUN STATE GOVERNOR CERTIFIES DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL IPOKIA FOR OGUN STATE POLYTECHNIC WHILE CONSTRUCTION GOES ON AT POLY SITE!!!



            The Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun (FCA, CON) has approved the take off of the   Ogun State Polytechnic Ipokia on the Campus of District High School Ipokia which few metre away from the Poly Campus. This decision becomes imperative as the construction work going on in the Poly
Permanent Site may not allow for 2017/2018 admission which is due for this month of November.

In order to start the school programmes as promised by His Excellency the this session, he gave approval for the use of District High School Ipokia while the Construction of structures on the the Poly site is on going.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     This has been the usual practice as Federal Polytechnic Ilaro commenced its programmes at
Anglican Grammar School Ilaro, Ogun StateUniversity Ago Iwoye commenced academic
programmes at Ahmadiyya Muslim Secondary School and University of Ibadan too was not also  an exceptional. Presently, the State Government delegation led by the Deputy Governor, Chief (Mrs) Onanuga and The Commissioner for Education, Mrs Modupe Mojutaare at the site of the Polytechnic for inspection of work done so far and also take a tour of District High School which will be temporarily used for academic work while work is ongoing at the Poly Site.The readiness of this government in ensuring the actualization of our long-awaited dream is commendable. We welcome the staff and the new students to be admitted to the most hospitable place on earth, Ipokia.
